Erasmus life is over

This is a sad post, I am leaving Cardiff. I spent 2 very intense years here, I met a lot of people and had great fun. But it was the time for a change, the city had become too small and, let´s face it, I am too old for been an Erasmus. So, such an event required a proper celebration, which happened to be the last party in that aparment in “The Walk” street…

Very emotive moment, if I wasnt such a cold bastard I would have cried, farewell card and a video with the best moments of these two years in Cardiff. A great memory, thanks to Paul which was the main organizator of this and to all the people participating:Marola, Lucía, David, Xavier, Patricia, Petra, Francesca, Laura, Greg, Diego, Giannis, Monika, Crystel… I love you all!!

And finally, we went to the most regular place for Erasmus people. Last night at Cuba´s club..

Pablo is a friend I met in those dark times I was working very hard as IT consultant in Madrid. Actually there was not many good things happening to me during this period but meeting this great guy was definitely one of them. Big party man, inciator of the Flint dinasty and expert chess player, he spent a few days in Cardiff and the experience was up to the challenge. First night broke a record in Cardiff, party till 3pm next day...

But this was not only about partying, we also had time to vist the Stonehenge, basically a bunch of rocks but with a lot of history behind…

The rest of the weekend passed with a few parties and chess games…

Starting a Blog

Hello guys,

Well, well, I finally decided to create one of these, so popular lately, things. I dont really know yet if I do have interesting content to post here neither if I might be too lazy to update it but I will give it a try. So far there is not much to say, my future is not clear at all and that´s where I am, waitting for it to get sorted out. I have been living in Cardiff, Wales for the last two years doing a very very interesting Phd (Phd in Erasmus is how it is called) and recently came to the conclussion that it was time to leave. Hopefully there will be more news coming soon…
